2. Estimates & Payments
Free estimates may be provided upon request.
A signed agreement and deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits may be non-refundable if a project is canceled after work has started or materials have been ordered.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe access to the property where services will be performed.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards prior to work beginning.
5. Warranties & Limitations
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranties for turf, pavers, or other materials will follow the manufacturer’s terms.
Ayan Landscaping, LLC is not liable for damages caused by misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather).
6. Liability
We carry general liability insurance, but we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayan Landscaping, LLC from claims arising from improper use of installed products.
7. Website Use
All content on this website (text, images, and logos) is the property of Ayan Landscaping, LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
